Hey there, health enthusiasts! As we jump into the new year, many of us are buzzing with excitement to sprinkle some positivity into our lives. And guess what? If you’re pondering a plant-based lifestyle, Veganuary is your golden ticket to hop on a compassionate journey towards a healthier and more sustainable existence.

We’re all cruising at different speeds on our health journey, so why not make our goals a celebration of the good stuff? This year, my mission is to amp up the social activities and eat more superfoods. Notice that I’m focusing on doing more of these things instead of placing restrictions on myself. I don’t know about you, but doing more of something is always easier than focusing on restrictions. I’m breaking these goals into bite-sized, week-by-week adventures.
