The Food For Life cooking class series Healthy Basics gives you the tools to reliably get tasty and healthy foods ready so you never have to go hungry or eat something you rather would not. We will also talk about how to modify recipes to tailor them to your food needs.
This class will be a hybrid, online and in-person. Class cost for in-person is $30 or $50 for both Healthy Basics 3&4.
