What better place to share the health benefits of eating a Whole-Food Plant-Based (WFPB) lifestyle than at a Farmers Market? We thought the same!Â
One goal of the Pods is to build healthy, kind, and sustainable communities by supporting and educating our local communities about the benefits of a whole food, plant-based lifestyle. Your Houston area Pod Leads have coordinated with Tomball Farmers Market hosting an Educational & Non-Profit booth to share the WFPB message.
If you are in Houston, please join the area Pod Leads at the Tomball Farmers Market to help promote a WFPB way of eating. This is a chance to meet like-minded people and work together to spread the message of plant-based nutrition in our community, as well as have fun and build friendships. Come share your WFPB powerful story with others, pass out printed materials (recipes and fact sheets) and pick up some amazing produce too!
