Happy Spring equinox. Spring is here with lovely weather and wild flowers and time is flying by. This is the fourth weekend in March! Join us for the monthly potluck at Lifestyle Docs on Sunday. For the retreat, there might still be some tickets available. This event is great to introduce folks to lifestyle medicine. Don’t miss this chance.

🍽️ Bayou City Beet invites you to the March potluck. Our guest speaker will be Dr. Rishab Chawla. His talk will be titled, “Leveraging Nutritional Practices for Mental Health & Wellbeing.” Bring your own plant based creation and enjoy tasting many other delicious dishes!

Peaceful Planet Foundation
Mark your calendars for Peaceful Planet’s Annual Health and Wellness Retreat on 4/12/2025. Highlights of the day will be the cooking demos by Food For Life instructors Sangeeta, Aslinda, and Lilia from the Plant Based Woodlands, and the second demo by Katherine Lawrence.
This event will be at The United Way in Houston, TX. This marks their 7th and, as they say, last wellness retreat in the Houston area. We hope you all can join us for this very special event. Click here for Registration.
